クラウディスプーン / CLOUDY SPOON

クラウディスプーンという集合住宅は、近くに早稲田大学や成蹊大学のキャンバスがあり、学生寮のような雰囲気です。いわゆるロフトタイプの先駆的な集合住宅で、4メートル以上の高い天井高、打放しコンクリートのインテリア、オリジナルの照明器具やスチールサッシなどクリエイティヴなイメージで人気があり、オープンから20年になる今も入居はウェイティング状態です。

The proximity of the Waseda university and Seikei university campus suggests that the Cloudy Spoon apartment house would turn into some sort of student dorm. The apartment building provides precursory “Loft-type” rooms. The interior space of more than 4m-high ceiling, exposed concrete walls, original fixtures such as lighting and steel sashes reflects creative image, which has attracted so many design-oriented people that a waiting list for rent has been always full since this building was opened.
